I received 4 packages of teh smelly goodness in the mail today. This is good, right? However, 2 were in plain unpadded mailers, and the other two were padded but the imps were wrapped in tissue paper. What on earth IS the best way to send a bottle through the mail, without it disintegrating into glass shards and a delightfully scented box?

I just got in the mail today the 5ml bottle of Rose Red 05 I got off ebay and it smelled wonderful through the box. I got it in the house and opened it up (it was in a beautiful purple box) to discover that it had leaked. About half the oil is gone and the label is ruined and sliding off. My Lupercalia order didn't arrive today (and it SO was going to - ovarian intuition, ahoy!) because the Royal Mail decided THEY DIDN'T FEEL LIKE DELIVERING ANY FUCKING MAIL TODAY! (They do that here. Ew! The mail carrier today was smoking while putting mail away. So, when he showed up to deliver packages that wouldn't fit in my mail box, the envelopes smelled of smoke. Thankfully the pretty smellies weren't ruined though.

I almost wanted to bap him on the head and go, "Don't ruin my BPAL you dork!"
